AQW 53461/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Communities

To ask the Minister for Communities whether the forthcoming Anti-Poverty Strategy action plan will include measures to reduce delays in access to disability benefits for children and young people with cancer, including (i) consideration of the three-month qualifying period; (ii) the use of oncology medical evidence and; (iii) automatic or expedited processing following a confirmed cancer diagnosis.
