My Department has received an indicative 2026/27 Local Growth Fund capital allocation of £7.068 million. This comprises £5.648 million under Enhancing Productivity and £1.420 million under Promoting Active Participation.
Proposals have been selected for delivery through my Department and are being worked up. This includes a recently announced allocation of £1.974 million to the Community Infrastructure Fund to fund sixty-eight additional projects.
The remaining proposals are subject to the completion of the necessary affordability, deliverability and governance checks, including approval of the relevant business cases. Individual projects will be announced as these approvals are secured.
