Answer
We are continuing to build an EVAWG evidence base by drawing on official statistics and developing OutcomesBased Accountability (OBA) reporting for EVAWG Delivery Plan implementation, in order to strengthen our understanding of women’s and girls’ experiences and intersectional implications.
Projectlevel information from the EVAWG Regional and Local Change Fund helps track reach and impact, identify gaps and support funding decisions and policy development.
We are continuing to work closely with NISRA statisticians who publish key genderdisaggregated datasets, and with wider delivery partners, including the PSNI, to address recognised data gaps and to develop a more joined up, insight -driven approach.
Additionally, our officials are liaising with officials through the Five Jurisdictions Working Group to share information and learn from best practice in addressing common data challenges in neighbouring jurisdictions.
