AQW 12832/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Education
To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 10538/22-27, whether officials have engaged with Department of Finance counterparts and come to a conclusion as to whether your Department will be updating the guidance on the operation of the Children’s Services Co-operation Act (Northern Ireland) 2015, to support or promote the discretionary power on pooling and sharing of resources outlined in Section 4.
