Answer
The former Portrush Technical School is owned by the Northern Regional College (NRC). However, it is adjoined to the vacant former Portrush Youth Centre, which is owned by the Education Authority (EA).
A joint disposal of both buildings is planned to be undertaken in line with Land and Property Services guidance.
The EA is currently finalising legal agreements with the NRC in anticipation of the disposal commencing in the 2024/25 Financial Year.
